Hi, and welcome to Chloe's Custom Harness. I want you to meet Chloe, Teddy and Bruiser, my very spoiled and very sweet Chihuahuas!  

Chloe is my tiniest Chihuahua only weighing 3lbs.  She is the inspiration behind this whole Harness Adventure! Because of her tiny size, it was difficult finding anything that fit her, so being a "retired" seamstress I was forced out of retirement!   The following pages and photos will show you the different types and styles of Harnesses I can make for any small breed, up to 13 pounds.  Many Yorkies, Maltese and Pomeranians are sporting a very unique and cool Harness from "Chloe's Custom Harness"!

All my harnesses are extremely well made! I pre-wash and dry all my fabrics before cutting. I use Heavy Duty Velcro to hold the neck and chest, with a 2-1/2" to 3" inch lap over. They are very secure! I also use a "heavy D-ring to attach the leash.  On request, I can do almost any "Sports Theme" or " Hobby" you like, which makes them very unique and different!
